Fuzzy, another of the originally rescued in Puerto Rico dogs now with TBDR, is a quiet and well-behaved addition to her foster home. She looks like a very large Yorkie, with a black and grizzle looking wiry coat.
Fuzzy is a bit shy and will take a while to warm up. She is easy to pick up and responsive, though, never making any attempt to bite or snap. Her house manners are excellent, not very experienced on leash walking, but is OK in the car.
Since she is a bit stand-offish, a fenced yard is just about a must for her. While she has not yet been exposed to children, she should not be adopted as a playmate for children.
Fuzzy has been spayed, vaccinated and micro chipped. She has no heartworms or intestinal parasites, either. This dog is just a sweet, low maintenance and laid back companion that is ideally suited to a quiet home!
Her adoption fee is $225.00. Please contact Lorraine at 850/893-7634 (9AM-9PM only), for more information or an application.
